TRAVEL TIPS

Frequently Asked Questions
When to visit?

Winter (May through August) is the best time to visit Botswana, as the days are generally pleasant and the wildlife never wanders far from the water holes. It is typically warm and dry during the day, but nights are often cold. Remember this is also the time for North American, European and South African school holidays, so it can get a bit crowded. In general, June through early July mid-September are the least crowded times to visit.
